How To: Video Chat with People Using the Motorola Xoom
So you or someone you know got a Motorola Xoom and are dying to use the video chat feature? Issue is that no one else you know has a Motorola Xoom and the normal Android GTalk app doesn’t have video calling built in yet, so how do you guys video chat? Well, using your normal internet browser on your computer and a webcam, it’s easy to do. Here’s how to set it up.
I. Setup Video Chat
1. On the computer of the person that wants to chat with the Motorola Xoom user, go here and download and install the video software.
2. Once that is installed, go to iGoogle.com and log in using your gmail account.
3. Add the Motorola Xoom user’s email to your chat section on the left if you aren’t already friends on GTalk.
4. Select that person to open a chat window.
5. Click on the video icon to initiate a video chat.
