LinkedIn Finally Makes an Android App (Beta)

So after a very long stint of refusing to make an Android app, LinkedIn finally gets at least a beta one together.

LinkedIn is a “professional social network” in where users can meet other professionals, look for jobs, make business connections, etc. and one of the big reasons I rarely use it, is because it has no form of integration for Android. I have to remember to go log in on my computer and check if anyone has contacted me since I last checked it (who does that anymore?!). Now, granted, I’ve used third party apps that connect to linked in on Android, but the lack of polish and Android integration has left me waiting for a better app every time.

Well, problem solved. LinkedIn finally has come out with a beta program for Android that has notifications, contact integration, and everything else you’d expect a professional LinkedIn app to have.

So if you are a LinkedIn user, head over to their site’s page below on your phone, download it, and let us know what you think.
