Samsung Launches Yet Another Dual-Screen Flip Phone: The Galaxy Golden

Two clamshell phones in less than one month? Yes, you read that right. Obviously Samsung thinks that there is a market for dual-screen flip phones these days and they are unleashing them at warped speed. Today the Korean manufacturer unveiled the Galaxy Golden, which looks extremely similar to the Galaxy Folder we covered just a few short weeks ago.

The Golden offers up dual 3.7-inch Super AMOLED screens, Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, a 1.7GHz dual-core processor and an 8MP camera. This device seems designed with an older demographic in mind as users will find an “easy mode” that can optimize the home screen, a pedometer that works with S Health, a business card recognition function, and an FM radio.

The device is expected to launch at 790,000 won which is about $700 dollars.
