Vodafone UK picks up the HTC Evo 3D, available next month
The Evo 3D seems to have already found a home in England with Vodafone UK now announcing its availability starting next month – the carrier has even readied a video to prove its claim. The 3D-screened Android smartphone will definitely find a few more adopters in the UK and we should hear about them pretty soon.
If you missed out on the spec sheet yesterday, other than its USP – the 4.3-inch glassless 3D display and its dual 5-megapixel cameras – the GSM device is a powerhouse with dual-cored 1.2GHz Snapdragon processor, a gig of RAM and will run on Android 2.3.3, which could be upgraded to 2.3.4 to use that plain old front-facing 2D cam for video chatting or calling.
No pricing has been announced, but we’ll let you know when we know.
