I’m having a problem relating to Samsung Galaxy s6 updating the OS. The problem is that the model of my phone has two different numbers. It shows Sm-G920T at downloading mode and Sm-G920F from about the phone. My current phone android version is 5.1.1 and wants to upgrade it to 6.0.1. Sm-920f android 6.0.1 firmware is not working . the phone is rooted(when I bought it) . I tried to unroot using kingo root but failed. I tried upgrading(using Odin) by downloading Sm-G920F (android version 6.0.1 from sammobile) but failed
Please, let me know how to upgrade my phone. Thanks in advance
So you are having issues updating the phone normally? Are you running the stock firmware?
The phone doesn’t allow me to update normally. Yes
If your phone isn’t rooted and your after just having issues with it normally them please contact your manufacturer or carrier for support like normal.
